The Bright and Clear Laughter
Oscar got to know Peter when they did a part-time job1in school. They used to be odd-job men2 for a jobber3. Now, Oscar was an excellent zebra and Peter had become a manager in a company’s human resource department.

Peter was a man who had the patience of Job4 and he also had a sense of responsibility. But he became jobless5 today. When Oscar heard this news, he put down his jobs in hand6 and came to Peter as soon as he could. Oscar understood the truth of Peter’s story. Peter’s leader Jack decided to arrange his nephew to do the desk job7 in the company and he needed Peter’s help. As a matter of fact, Jack got his position as the vice general manager completely due to his put-up job8 and snow job9. In Peter’s point of view, it’s strictly jobs for the boys10. He said to Jack, “I’m doing my job11. It’s more than my job’s worth12 if I do as you say.” Peter stuck to his principle, but he lost his job at last. After Oscar learned it, he said, “Good job13, you were right.” Peter smiled bitterly, “Are you encouraging the jobless man? Feeling the Childhood
   The rugby association held a synod1 for zebras. When the synod was over, Oscar nodded off2 at his office. Recently, there were many odds and sods3, so he felt very tired. Suddenly, the telephone rang; it was Oscar’s grandfather. The old man had cooked some delicious food and he asked Oscar to come. A nod is as good as a wink4, he had cooked Oscar’s most favorite cod5. Looking For Dogs1
In the morning, when Oscar got up, he felt very tired. Yesterday, he had attended a camp which was held by the rugby association. The camp was in the suburbs and there was a bog2, too. Until now, his shoes were still soggy3. At this moment, someone knocked at the door. It was his colleague David. He came to invite Oscar to go to a dog market4. The Unforgettable Christmas Eve



    Oscar spent every Christmas Eve at his grandfather’s home. The whole family usually came together. Now it was ten o’clock in the morning and he didn't know whether to go or not. Oscar had no idea and he chopped and changed1. At last, he decided not to go until he had finished all the work. He didn't want to get the chop2. At about three o’clock in the afternoon, Oscar finished his work and he rushed to his grandfather’s house immediately.

The Everlasting Regret

Oscar went out to buy smoked1 meat, he noticed a crowd of people gathered together nearby. Oscar moved close to the crowd. A man in smoke2 clothes carried an egg and declared that it was laid by a cock and the people laughed loudly. One of the people standing nearby said, “Are you making a joke3? Is it impossible? ” “Right, he must be playing a practical joke4 now.” After a while, the crowed scattered and that man still stood there.
